The IFA Rügen Hotel & Ferienpark resort is located directly on the car-free beach promenade of Binz, Rügen's most traditional seaside resort. The sandy beach is just a few steps away across the car-free promenade. The town center is approximately 1 km away.

The family-friendly IFA Rügen Hotel & Ferienpark has 546 double rooms and apartments, spread across the 3 buildings: "Ostseeblick", "Ostseeperle", and "Strandidyll". Each building has 2 elevators. The center of the complex is the "Vitarium". Spanning 3,000 m², it is probably the largest winter garden on Rügen with real palm trees, a stream, the "Marché" restaurant, the "PLAZA-Bar" as well as the plaza and the rustic pub "Wellenbrecher". Further amenities of the complex include the promenade restaurant "Seestern", the "Cocktailbar", the buffet restaurants "Rügen" and "Gryf & Vital", as well as a play area (for a fee).

Accommodation

Double room

The double rooms (D, approx. 25 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, and a balcony. Rooms are also available for single occupancy (DE) or as single+child rooms (D1K/E1K).
Under RLGA08, these rooms can be booked as Comfort Double Rooms (DKO) and some have a balcony.

Studio

The studios (STD, approx. 25-29 m²) consist of a living/sleeping area with a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, sitting/dining area, kitchenette with ceramic hob, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, toaster, and have a balcony.
Bookable as an apartment (AP) under RLGA08.
Note: The rooms can only be booked without meals.

Apartment

The apartments (A1T, approx. 39-52 m²) feature a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping facility for the 3rd and 4th person), a bedroom with a double bed or 2 separate beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, sitting/dining area, kitchenette with ceramic hob, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, toaster, and a balcony.
Note: The rooms can only be booked without meals.
