Location

This charming hotel welcomes its guests with a wonderful location in the heart of the Vineta town of Barth. From the hotel, it is only a few minutes' walk to the unique Barth Bodden lagoon and to the nearest shopping facilities and restaurants, which are just under 50m away. This traditional hotel combines history with maritime design and is an ideal hotel for exploring the town of Barth as well as the nearby Baltic Sea coast and the Barth Bodden lagoon.
The following excursion destinations are worthwhile in the region: Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft Nature Park (approx. 30 km), the nearby Vineta Museum (approx. 250m), the Bernsteinreiter adventure riding stables, or the family-friendly bathing area Glöwitz (approx. 3 km).

Facilities

This hotel is considered one of the oldest buildings in the town of Barth and tells the legend of the sunken city of Vineta in a very special way. In this hotel, wonderful maritime design meets modern comfort, ensuring a relaxing holiday in the unique town of Barth. The hotel's name is closely linked to the famous legend of the sunken city of Vineta, a legend that has captivated people's imaginations for centuries. The legend tells of a magnificent city that one day disappeared into the depths of the Baltic Sea.
The hotel's 35 rooms are all lovingly furnished and reflect the maritime character of the region. The simple but comfortable furnishings ensure a pleasant stay in Barth.
A highlight of the hotel is the historic Wappensaal (Coat of Arms Hall), where important decisions for Barth were made by city representatives in the past and which now serves as the breakfast room.
