The hotel is quietly located about one kilometer from the town center. Shops are conveniently reachable within approximately 750 meters. The city of Rosenheim is about 15 kilometers away. The idyllic Chiemsee lake with its numerous swimming spots, cycling paths, and boat trips to the popular islands of Herreninsel and Fraueninsel is only about 8 kilometers away. Nature and hiking enthusiasts will get their money's worth at Kampenwand mountain with its diverse hiking and scenic viewing opportunities, located about 18 kilometers away. In winter, the Kampenwand ski area in Aschau im Chiemgau, about 38 kilometers away, offers ideal conditions for winter sports enthusiasts.

Double Room Type C

The Parksee rooms (DC) have a TV, a flat-screen TV, telephone, safe, shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed. The average room size is approximately 24 m².

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (JS2) have a TV, a flat-screen TV, telephone, safe, shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed.
