Location

The hotel is located in the center of Sveti Konstantin amidst extensive gardens, sharing facilities with its sister hotel, Estreya Residence. The sandy beach is approximately 250m away. Restaurants and shops are situated in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The famous thermal springs of Sveti Konstantin are about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The transfer time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 35 minutes.

The reception, lobby, and lobby bar are located in the sister hotel Estreya Residence (VAR017). On the shared grounds, you will find the Medi-Spa Center and the spectacular wine cellar with house wines. A hotel restaurant with a terrace and a beautiful garden featuring relaxation zones and benches, along with a swimming pool and pool bar, ensure well-being and tranquility. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests by the pool free of charge. The indoor and outdoor pools are filled with thermal water.

Double Room

The double rooms are tastefully furnished with 2 single beds, an additional pull-out armchair or single sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, refrigerator, telephone, air conditioning, and a balcony (D). Also bookable for single occupancy (DE) at an additional charge.

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms offer similar amenities to the double rooms and are located on the 4th floor under a sloping roof. They feature two single beds but are slightly smaller due to the sloped ceiling. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and they also have a smaller, glazed balcony (SSZ).

Studio

The studios are furnished similarly to the double rooms and, in addition to a double bed, feature two more pull-out sofa beds, air conditioning, shower/WC, and a lovely furnished balcony (S12).

Meals

Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, and All Inclusive

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style. Soft drinks, wine, and beer are included with dinner.
From July 1st to August 31st, the Bed & Breakfast option is not available.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the hotel restaurant. Soft drinks, local wine, and beer are included with meals. From approximately 10 AM to 10 PM, soft drinks and local alcoholic beverages are available at one of the bars. Snacks are available at the bars, and from approximately 3 PM to 5 PM, tea, coffee, ice cream, and pastries are served at one of the bars.
