The hotel, particularly popular with German regular guests and extensively renovated, is quietly located directly on the fine sandy beach of Sveti Konstantin. Restaurants and shops are available in the town. Transfer time approx. 35 minutes.

The comfortable 5-star hotel has 5 floors, two elevators, 112 double rooms, 20 deluxe rooms, a lobby with reception and safety deposit boxes, an elegant lobby bar, a main restaurant, a beach bar (June 1st - August 31st), and a hairdresser/cosmetic salon. In the outdoor area, embedded in the garden, there is a pool bar (open depending on weather) and the swimming pool (thermal water until May 31st and from September 15th, pool cleaning for half a day once a week), offering a magnificent sea view. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach (subject to availability). Beach towels are available for a deposit. A highlight and attraction for regular guests is the spa and wellness area, which is impressively and elaborately designed. Its comprehensive offerings leave nothing to be desired and ensure relaxation and well-being.

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 29 sqm) have two single beds, a sofa bed, bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, minibar (for a fee), safety deposit box, air conditioning, and a landside balcony (DL).
Optionally available for single occupancy (DEL) or as single with child (D1L) at an extra charge.

The double rooms with sea view, otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms landside, additionally offer a magnificent sea view (DM).
Optionally available for single occupancy (DEM) or as single with child (D1M) at an extra charge.

Deluxe Double Room

The deluxe double rooms (approx. 67 sqm), otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms landside, are more spacious and feature an additional seating area and a separate sleeping area with a double/kingsize bed (DD2).
Optionally available with sea view (DDM) at an extra charge (all rooms have 2 corner balconies).
