Location

The Estreya Residence hotel and its sister hotel Estreya Palace are located in the center of Sveti Konstantin. Together, the properties are nestled within a beautifully designed and extensive garden area with mature trees and flowers. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is the monastery "St. Constantine and Elena," as well as shops and entertainment venues. The famous thermal springs can be reached in about a 10-15 minute walk. The sandy beach is approximately 250m away. The transfer time is about 35 minutes.

The family-friendly hotel has a total of 60 rooms and 15 apartments, a reception with a lobby, a lobby bar, a spa center, and a spectacular wine cellar with house wines. The hotel restaurant with a terrace, the beautiful garden with quiet zones and benches, and a swimming pool with a pool bar ensure well-being and relaxation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool (subject to availability). The pools (indoor and outdoor) are filled with thermal water.

The Double Rooms Superior are tastefully furnished with two single beds or a double bed, a sofa bed, central air conditioning, bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini-fridge, telephone, in-room safe, and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Also available for single use (ESU) or as single with child (DSI) for an extra charge.
Super saver rooms have a special price and may be in an unfavorable location (SSZ).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The Apartments 1 Bedroom, with otherwise the same amenities as the Double Rooms, also feature a separate living/bedroom area with a pull-out double sofa bed or with 2 single beds (A12).

Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and All Inclusive

Breakfast and dinner served buffet-style. Local non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer and wine, are included with dinner.
Only AI can be booked from April 10th to April 14th, and only HP + AI can be booked from July 1st to August 31st. Outside of these periods, all meal options are bookable.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style in the hotel restaurant.
Non-alcoholic beverages, as well as local beer and wine, are included with meals. From approximately 10 AM to 10 PM, local non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages are available at one of the bars. Snacks are also available, as well as afternoon tea, coffee, ice cream, and pastries.
The operating and opening hours of the individual bars and restaurants vary depending on the season and according to the local notices.
