The family hotel is quietly located in a park and is approx. 500 m from the beach. The center of Sveti Konstantin with its shopping and entertainment facilities is 300 m away.

The modernly furnished hotel with its typical ambiance offers good conditions for a relaxing holiday. 110 rooms are spread over 5 floors. The complex offers a lobby with a reception and an elevator, as well as a restaurant with a terrace, a lobby bar, and a TV corner. The green outdoor area includes a freshwater pool with an integrated children's pool, a snack bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers with mattresses and pool towels are available for a fee. Umbrellas are included at the pool.

Double room

The double rooms are modernly furnished and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe (for a fee), satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, and a terrace or balcony.
Also bookable as a single room (slightly smaller and with a single bed).

The studios without kitchenette, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, are slightly larger and additionally feature two sofa beds.

Apartment without kitchenette

The apartments without kitchenette, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, have a combined living/sleeping area with a seating area and a separate bedroom.

All meals are served buffet-style. Late risers can enjoy extended breakfast until 11 am. Regular theme nights also ensure culinary variety. In the afternoon (approx. 3-4 pm), snacks with coffee/tea and cake are served. The lobby bar offers ice cream for refreshment from approx. 4:30-5:30 pm. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with meals and at the respective open bars in the restaurant and at the lobby bar from approx. 8 am - 8 pm. At the pool bar, you can get non-alcoholic drinks and beer. Cocktails and all other drinks are generally subject to a charge.
