Location

The hotel is situated in the lively center of Golden Sands and is separated from the fine sandy beach only by the promenade. The beach is public with a dedicated hotel section. The direct location on the beach promenade and the diverse entertainment options offer ideal conditions for a successful holiday.
Numerous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues are in the immediate vicinity. Transfer time to Varna Airport is approximately 40 minutes.

The hotel consists of 2 building wings and has 277 rooms spread over 10 floors. It impresses with its modern furnishings, range of comforts, and excellent wellness area. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day and offers the use of a rental safe.
The lobby bar is open 24 hours, where you will find many cozy lounges for relaxing and unwinding.
The hotel restaurant offers excellent meals in buffet style with great themed buffets.
The modern outdoor area of the hotel features a spacious sun terrace right by the pool with a fantastic view of the sea. There is a separate area in the pool for children. Here, too, the friendly staff will spoil you at the pool bar with hot and cold drinks, cocktails, and draft beer.
The SPA center offers you a Vitamin Bar for additional drinks, as does the beach bar at the hotel's own private beach.
Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and the private beach section (2 loungers and 1 parasol per room), subject to availability.

The double rooms with side sea view (approx. 24 m²) are spacious and modern, featuring a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, sofa bed, air conditioning (centrally controlled), carpet flooring, desk, minibar (1 bottle of water included daily), cable TV, room service (for a fee), and a furnished balcony. Family room with side sea view

The spacious family rooms with side sea view (approx. 37 m²) are modernly furnished and consist of a combined living/bedroom, 3 single beds, a sofa bed (pull-out), shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), carpet flooring, desk, minibar (1 bottle of water included daily), cable TV, room service (for a fee), and a furnished balcony. Family Room Type A side sea view (VARA73)

The Family rooms Type A are similar in equipment to the double rooms with side sea view, are also approx. 24m² in size, and have a bathroom with a bathtub/WC as well as a balcony with a side sea view (2FA).

Executive room sea view (VARA73)

The Executive rooms are approximately 27m² in size and are equipped with a double bed or two twin beds, a sofa bed, television, coffee machine, telephone, seating area, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower/WC, and a bidet (EX2).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms with side sea view but are located on the land side (limited quota and special price). (SSZ)
