The hotel is located in the center of Golden Sands and is approximately 300 m from the beach. A shuttle service to the beach is included. Varna Airport is approximately 25 km away.

The hotel has 122 rooms and 36 apartments spread over seven floors. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, a lobby bar, two elevators, a conference room, and a restaurant with a terrace that was renovated in summer 2026. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the pool.
