This popular hotel is located in a nature reserve, in a quiet yet central position on the edge of the Golden Sands resort area, approximately 250 m from the beautiful promenade and about 1 km from the hotel's own beach section.
Restaurants, shopping facilities, and entertainment options can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The transfer time is approximately 40 minutes.

The beautiful hotel features a total of 296 rooms spread over 8 floors. The SH Dolce Vita offers its guests a tastefully decorated lobby with reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), a main restaurant, two themed restaurants (Bulgarian and Greek), and several bars. The hotel grounds feature two large swimming pools with integrated children's pools and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. A highlight for the little ones is the mini-aquapark with 4 waterslides for children (operating dates approx. 01/06–15/09). Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and at the hotel's private beach section (subject to availability). Pool towels are available for a deposit. There is a beach bar located at the beach (approx. 1000 m from the hotel, shuttle service included), offering soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee. Beach towels and bags are available for a deposit.

Double Room Landside

The modern double rooms (landside) are equipped with bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), safe, small refrigerator, coffee/tea facilities, air conditioning (weather-dependent), and a balcony or terrace facing the landside (DL). Also available for single use (DEL) or with sea view (DM) for an additional charge.

Superior Double Room

The Superior double rooms have the same features as the landside double rooms but are slightly more spacious (DSU).

1-Bedroom Apartment (without kitchenette)

The 1-bedroom apartments have the same features as the landside double rooms but include a living room and a separate bedroom (A12).
