The Flamingo Grand Hotel & Spa has 263 studios and suites on 9 floors, 4 elevators, a reception hall with a reception desk, a lobby bar, the restaurant "Essentials", the wine bar "Dionysus", a VIP lounge, the bar "Bailando", the nightclub "Flamingo Grand", and an extensive pool landscape with sun terrace and water attractions. For physical well-being, there is the "Elements" spa with an indoor pool, a gym, and an indoor golf academy (for a fee). The hotel also offers a mini-market, a hairdresser, and parking spaces and underground parking (for a fee). One sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers are included per studio by the pool, and at the beach, one sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room are included from the 3rd row in a separate and exclusive hotel area (1st and 2nd row are subject to a charge).

The comfortably and stylishly furnished studios are equipped with a bath/toilet or shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes, tiled floors, telephone, LCD TV with cable connection and pay-TV, Wi-Fi (included), minibar (for a fee), safe (included), air conditioning, kitchenette, tea and coffee making facilities, iron, ironing board, and a balcony. Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge.

Deluxe Studio

The Deluxe Studios, with otherwise the same amenities as the Studios, are more modernly furnished and additionally have a sofa bed, are carpeted, and have a pool view. Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge.

Suite

The suites are comfortably and tastefully furnished and, with otherwise the same amenities as the studios, have a separate bedroom and a kitchenette (these are corner suites).

Superior Studio

The Superior Studios have a kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, safe, telephone, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area, and a furnished balcony overlooking the main shopping street (US2).

Executive Studio

The Executive Studios have similar amenities to the Superior Studios but offer incredible panoramic sea views as they are located on the 8th and 9th floors.

The entire sports program of Albena is available to guests, including tennis, horse riding, and much more. Golf simulator. A golf course is located approx. 20 km away. The Flamingo Grand Hotel & Spa features the most modern spa center in Albena, "Elements". All therapies and treatments are certified by the European Spa Association. The center offers two zones: Aqua Elements and Vita Elements, a large gym. Opening hours: daily from 8:30 AM to 8 PM.
Aqua Elements: Cascade and hydromassage showers, indoor pool, steam bath, sauna, caldarium, ice fountain, relaxation zone. Package deals.
Vita Elements: Ten therapy cabins for massages and body treatments, whirlpools with chromotherapy, Ayurvedic ritual cabins, Vichy shower (all for a fee). Only bookable on-site, at the spa, or at the hotel reception.

Entertainment

6 times a week, entertainment includes dance shows, concerts, and live music. Dance evenings (joint animation for Hotel Flamingo and Flamingo Grand Hotel & Spa).
Concerts and cinema on Albena's summer stage (July and August).
Albena guests can enjoy the new "Sports Around" program. Guests can participate in various independent sports programs at the resort's hotels and join sports programs as desired, whether it's group classes, beach volleyball, or aerobics on the beach. Guests can engage in sports freely and independently within the entire resort – "Sports Around" offers this opportunity to everyone interested. Guests can find information with the sports animator at the hotel.
