Location

The Sineva Beach hotel is located directly on the sandy beach and is only approx. 800 m from the center of Sveti Vlas. The center of Sunny Beach is approx. 4 km away and can be reached by shuttle bus (for a fee). The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 45 minutes (approx. 35 km).

The popular hotel has 122 rooms spread over 4 floors. Further facilities include a reception area with a reception desk, an elevator, a lobby bar, a pool bar, a restaurant with a terrace and sea view, and an amphitheater. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool (subject to availability).

Accommodation

Double room sea view

The modernly furnished double rooms with sea view have a bath/toilet or shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, safe (included), satellite TV, mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (DM). Optionally available for single use (DEM), as single with child (D1M), or also as a double room with side sea view (DMS).
Double rooms type B (DB) are located towards the land side and have a special price and a limited contingent.

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, but are located towards the land side and may be in a less preferred location (SSZ).

Family room sea view

The family rooms with sea view (approx. 30 m²) consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, bath/toilet or shower/toilet, hairdryer, safe (included). Air conditioning, satellite TV (German-language channels, local channels, and other channels), telephone, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and a furnished terrace (DFM).
Family rooms facing the land side (DF2) have a bunk bed for children instead of the sofa bed and single bed, with otherwise the same amenities.

Apartment without kitchenette

The 1-bedroom apartments without kitchenette (approx. 36-40 m²) consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom. Further amenities include a seating area, bath/toilet or shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe (included), satellite TV (German-language channels, local channels, and other channels), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony or furnished terrace with sea view (A12).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet style. Late riser breakfast from approx. 10 am to 11 am. Three times a week, there is a themed evening. At the pool bar, you can get snacks such as pizza, pasta, grilled items, and soup from approx. 12:30 pm to 3 pm. Coffee, tea, and pastries from approx. 3 pm to 5 pm, and ice cream from approx. 9 am to 6 pm. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from approx. 10 am to 11 pm at the bars that are open at the time.

Sports included

Volleyball, water aerobics, darts, boccia, football, dance fitness, and yoga.

Tennis and water sports on the beach offered by local providers.

Please note that outside the main travel season (especially in the months of April-May and October), hotels and club facilities may sometimes limit their entertainment and leisure programs (e.g., animation, mini-club, or water sports activities) as well as the opening hours of restaurants and bars due to the lower number of guests and the variable weather.
