The Tiva del Mar hotel is located directly on the beach. Sveti Vlas is approx. 3 km away and Sunny Beach approx. 7 km. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 45 minutes (approx. 35 km).

The sea view apartments without kitchenette consist of a living/sleeping room (microwave and refrigerator available) and a separate sleeping area (either separated by a door or visually).

The two-bedroom apartments with side sea view without kitchenette have, with otherwise the same amenities as the sea view apartments, an additional separate bedroom (air conditioning only in the living/sleeping room).
