Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in a picturesque setting. It is located in a nature reserve, on a gentle slope, nestled amongst dunes and only approx. 7 km from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a magnificent bay are in close proximity. Small alleys, walkways, and typical local architecture of the beautiful hotel complex are surprising and delightful with a special ambiance. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

The resort covers an area of over 50 hectares and comprises a total of 5 hotels for families, solo travelers, and guests seeking peace, couples, and sports enthusiasts. It offers 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own aquapark, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach, numerous sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and drink stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, and a mini-golf course, an archery range, and even its own small harbor. Various water sports are available on the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been recreated here to perfection, leaving no holiday wishes unfulfilled.
Located directly next to the Duni Holiday Village, an area designed to resemble a typical Bulgarian village with winding alleys, small villas, and buildings, embedded in nature and situated amidst a dreamlike park landscape, Hotel Duni Belleville offers you a unique combination of comfort, tranquility, and nature, all in close proximity to the beach (approx. 600 m to the beach). The smaller hotel has 201 rooms spread across 6 floors (elevator available) and offers its guests a reception, a buffet restaurant, and two à la carte restaurants (Italian and Bulgarian), as well as a pool bar and a lobby bar. Outdoors, there is a large swimming pool with an integrated children's pool set in extensive gardens for sunbathing, strolling, and relaxing. Loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach (subject to availability). There is also another snack bar on the beach. The "DUNI Aquapark" with its many water slides is included for All Inclusive guests (open from June 1st to September 15th, weather permitting).
Guests can use all amenities of the sister hotels Duni Marina Beach, Duni Pelican, and Duni Holiday Village, provided they are open (exceptions: the restaurants, bars, pools, and indoor pool of the Marina Royal Palace Hotel are exclusively for guests who have booked that hotel).

Double Room Landside

The Double Rooms Landside (approx. 23 sqm) are equipped with two single beds and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), carpeted floor, desk, a sofa bed as an extra bed, satellite TV (flat-screen), Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (for a fee), a rental safe, and a furnished balcony. Double rooms for single use or with a side sea view are also available for an additional charge.

Super Saver Room

Super Saver Rooms are typically rooms that may differ in location, size, and amenities from standard rooms. The allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier on site.

In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself to breakfast (approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM, small late riser breakfast 10 AM - 11 AM), lunch (approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (approx. 7 PM - 9:30 PM) from a rich themed buffet. Coffee and cake are available in the buffet restaurant during the day. Cocktails, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar and the pool bar during their respective opening hours. The bars in the lobbies and at the aquapark are open daily until midnight. Additionally, various snack stands are available throughout the extensive grounds from approx. 11:30 AM to 6 PM, offering snacks. In front of the beach area, there is a snack bar that also allows guests to visit in swimwear.
Once a week, you can use one of the two à la carte restaurants for a small service charge of approx. €8 / €4 for children (children aged 3-12, payable on site, subject to availability and prior reservation).

Sports included

Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Dance Aerobics, Step Aerobics, ZUMBA, archery, beach volleyball, table tennis, and use of the 10 tennis courts. Sports activities take place throughout the entire resort.
