Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in a picturesque setting. It is located in a nature reserve, on a gentle slope, nestled among dunes and only approx. 7 km from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a beautiful bay are in the immediate vicinity. Small alleys, walking paths, and the typically local architecture of the magnificent hotel complex surprise and delight with a special ambiance. The transfer from Burgas airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

Spanning over 50 hectares, the resort features a total of 5 hotels catering to families, solo travelers, couples seeking tranquility, friends, and sports enthusiasts. Amenities include 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own aqua park, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach, numerous sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and drink stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, a mini-golf course, an archery range, and even its own small marina. Various water sports are available on the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been perfectly recreated here, leaving no holiday wish unfulfilled.
The 5-star Duni Marina Beach hotel, one of the 5 hotels, is located directly on the beach and offers 261 rooms spread across 5 floors (elevator available). It provides guests with a reception, a souvenir shop, a boutique, a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (the 'Milanese' - Italian and the 'Mehana' - Bulgarian in the neighboring Duni Belleville and Duni Holiday Village hotels), and a pool bar as well as a lobby bar.
In the outdoor area within the large garden complex, you'll find the main swimming pool with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach (snackbar on the beach). The "DUNI Aquapark" features 6 water slides and is included for all resort guests (open from approx. June 1st to September 15th).
Guests can use all amenities of the sister hotels Duni Pelican, Duni Belleville, and Duni Holiday Village, provided they are open. The restaurants, bars, pools, and the indoor pool of the Marina Royal Palace hotel are exclusively for guests who have booked that hotel. The Duni Marina Royal Palace hotel also houses a special highlight of the resort: atop the neighboring luxury hotel is a "Sky Bar," serving drinks and cocktails in a chic ambiance in the evenings (not included in the All-Inclusive package and subject to a fee).

Double Room Land View

The Double Rooms Land View (approx. 23-26 sqm) are equipped with two single beds and feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), carpeted floor, desk, a sofa bed as an extra bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (for a fee), rental safe, and a furnished balcony. Double rooms with sea view or for single occupancy are available at an additional charge.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (approx. 33-36 sqm) are equipped like the Double Rooms Land View, but are slightly more spacious and feature a double bed and a sofa bed.

Sea View Suite

The Sea View Suites (approx. 38-40 sqm) are equipped like the Double Rooms Land View, but consist of a living area with a seating area and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed (separated by a door), and have a sea view.

Super Saver Room

Super Saver Rooms are typically rooms that may differ in location, size, and amenities from standard rooms. The allocation is at the discretion of the hotel management on-site.

In the buffet restaurant, guests can enjoy breakfast (approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM, small late riser breakfast 10 AM - 11 AM), lunch (approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (approx. 7 PM - 9:30 PM) with a rich themed buffet. During the day, coffee and cake are available in the buffet restaurant. Cocktails, local alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar and the pool bar during their respective opening hours. The bars in the lobbies and at the aqua park are open daily until midnight. Additionally, sandwich stands are available at various stations throughout the extensive grounds from approx. 11:30 AM to 6 PM, offering snacks. In front of the beach area, there is a snack bar that allows guests to visit even in swimwear.
Once a week, you can use one of the two à la carte restaurants for a small service fee of approx. €8 / €4 for children (children aged 3-12, payable locally, subject to availability and prior reservation).

Sports included

Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Dance Aerobics, Step Aerobics, ZUMBA, archery, beach volleyball, table tennis, and use of the 10 tennis courts.
The sports activities take place throughout the entire resort.
