Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in a picturesque setting. It is located in the middle of a nature reserve, on a gentle slope, embedded in dunes and only approx. 7 km away from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a magnificent bay are in the immediate vicinity. Small alleys, walking paths, and the typical local architecture of the wonderful hotel complex surprise and delight with a special ambiance. The transfer from Burgas airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

The resort covers an area of more than 50 hectares and features a total of 5 hotels for families, solo travelers, and couples seeking relaxation, friends, and sports enthusiasts. Facilities include 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own aquapark, sunny terraces with loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach, many sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and beverage stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, a minigolf course, archery range, and even its own small harbor. There are various water sports offers at the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been replicated here to perfection and leaves no vacation wish unfulfilled. The resort's top hotel, the Duni Marina Royal Palace, is located directly on the beach and the small harbor; it has 311 rooms spread over 8 floors (elevator) and offers its guests a reception, a buffet restaurant, 2 à-la-carte restaurants (Bulgarian and Italian in the neighboring Duni Belleville and Duni Holiday Village hotels), an indoor pool, and a pool and lobby bar. The special highlight of the hotel is the "Sky-Bar" located on the roof of the luxury hotel, where guests are served drinks and cocktails in the evening in a chic setting (not included in the AI offer and available for a fee). In the large, spacious garden area, there is the large swimming pool with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach (subject to availability). On the beach, the snack bar treats you to snacks and drinks. The "DUNI Aquapark" (open 1.6.-15.9.) with its many water slides delights young and old guests alike. Guests are welcome to use all amenities of the sister hotels Duni Marina Beach, Duni Pelican, Duni Belleville, and Duni Holiday Village, provided they are open. In case of unfavorable weather, the hotel's own indoor pool is also in operation at the beginning and end of the season.

Double room land side

The double rooms land side (approx. 23-26 m²) are equipped with two single beds and have a bath/WC and hairdryer. Further amenities include air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), carpet, desk, sleeping chair as an extra bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, minibar (included), safe (included), and a furnished balcony. Junior suite

The junior suites (approx. 32-36 m²) are slightly more spacious with the same standard amenities as the double rooms land side and feature one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa bed. (JS2)

In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself to the rich themed buffet for breakfast (approx. 7:30-10 a.m., small late riser breakfast from 10-11 a.m.), lunch (approx. 12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (approx. 7-9:30 p.m.). During the day, coffee and cake are available at the lobby bar. Cocktails, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a selection of imported alcoholic beverages, are served at the lobby bar and the pool bar during their respective opening hours. The bars in the lobbies and at the aquapark are open daily until midnight. Additionally, sandwich stalls are available in the spacious complex at various stations from approx. 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering snacks. There is a snack bar in front of the beach area where guests are allowed to visit in swimwear.
Once per week (minimum stay 7 nights), dinner in one of the two à-la-carte restaurants is included (subject to availability and advance reservation required).
