Location

The 4-star Four Points by Sheraton hotel is located right in the center of the Sunny Beach resort area, just a few steps from the long, gently sloping sandy beach (public). The beach promenade, restaurants, bars, clubs, discos, cafes, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Visit the historic old town of Nessebar, e.g., by water taxi; the jetty is located directly on the beach in front of the hotel. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The hotel Four Points by Sheraton, completely renovated in winter 2024/25, offers the perfect combination of elegance and comfort and has a total of 359 rooms and suites spread over 13 floors (elevators available). Further facilities include a bright and modern lobby, reception (24h), a lobby bar (open approx. 10 am-10 pm and for a fee), comfortable seating areas, two buffet restaurants, one with a beautiful outdoor terrace, and a sports bar (open daily from approx. 6 pm-10 pm and for a fee). In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool with a separate children's area and a pool bar with snacks and refreshments (open approx. 10 am-6 pm and for a fee). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach (subject to availability; vouchers for the beach are given at reception). On cooler days outside the main season, the indoor pool can also be used.

Double room

The double rooms (approx. 25 sqm) have a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, safety deposit box (rental fee), Wi-Fi (included), TV (55“ HD TV), minibar (for a fee), kettle (coffee and tea), and a furnished balcony (D). Also available for single use (DE), as double rooms with sea view (DM), and also as double rooms with sea view for single use (DEM) at an additional charge.

Suite

The suites (approx. 50-60 sqm), otherwise equipped like the double rooms, consist of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed, and also have a capsule coffee machine (S2). Suites with sea view (S2M) are bookable for an additional charge.

Junior Suite

The junior suites (approx. 45 sqm), otherwise equipped like the double rooms, are somewhat more spacious and additionally have a sofa bed and a capsule coffee machine (JS2).
