Location

Located in the heart of Sunny Beach, the hotel is only about 850 m from the fine sandy beach and offers plenty of variety and holiday fun due to its central location. All attractions in the surrounding area, such as the large aquapark, are easily accessible.
Sunny Beach is a popular spot for beach holidays and shopping during the day, with its vibrant nightlife. With its long and beautiful promenade, many bars, restaurants, and leisure activities, the resort is ideal for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday for all age groups. An excursion to the nearby historic old town of Nessebar and water taxi rides are recommended. A public bus stop is located near the hotel. Burgas Airport is approx. 27 km away.

The Maria Palace hotel welcomes its guests in a bright and friendly lobby with a reception and a lobby bar (lifts available). In the outdoor area, a large outdoor pool with a sun terrace awaits guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool (subject to availability).

Double room

The modern, bright, and friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 26sqm) feature air conditioning (centrally controlled), a seating area, cable TV (flat screen), a safe (included), a mini-fridge, a kettle (for coffee and tea), shower/WC, a hairdryer, toiletries (included), a desk, and a furnished balcony (D).
Also available for single use (DE) or as single + child (D1K) for an additional charge.

Apartment without kitchenette

The apartments without a kitchenette (approx. 50 sqm) are equipped similarly to the double rooms, but additionally have a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa (additional sleeping option); however, they do not have a kitchenette (A12).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver rooms are equipped like the double rooms, but may be located in a less favourable position (SSZ).
