Shops, bars, and restaurants are nearby and quickly accessible by public transport. The UNESCO town of Nessebar, with several cultural monuments, is about 8 km away. A bus stop is about 400 m away, and the nearest shopping center is about 500 m away. Burgas Airport (BOJ) is approximately 30 km away.

The Dreams Sunny Beach Resort & Spa welcomes you with 597 rooms and suites. Choose from a variety of international dishes and exotic specialties. The "World Café" serves an international buffet, while the à la carte restaurants "Himitsu" and "Sofia Gastro" offer Asian delicacies and Bulgarian specialties. Drinks and snacks are served in the various bars. The extensive garden area features a total of five pools: an outdoor pool with a whirlpool, an infinity pool, a pool for water activities, a children's pool with slides and splash park, and a baby pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach (subject to availability).

The modern and comfortable Double Rooms Park View (approx. 28 sqm) feature a double bed, a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, care products, cosmetic mirror, satellite TV, air conditioning, safe (included), telephone, minibar (first refill included, then for a fee), electric kettle, Wi-Fi (included), and a furnished balcony or terrace with park view (PB2).

Deluxe Double Room Park View

The Deluxe Double Rooms Park View (approx. 31 sqm), otherwise equipped the same as the Double Rooms Park View, are slightly more spacious and feature a sofa bed (instead of a sofa bed) and a double bed or two single beds (DD2).
Also available for single use (DD1) at an additional charge.
Also available Deluxe Double Rooms with frontal sea view (located in the center or on the side of the hotel with an impressive sea view) or for single use at an additional charge (FMX, F1X).

The Family Rooms (approx. 61 sqm), otherwise equipped the same as the Double Rooms Park View, feature a living/sleeping area (sofa bed and 1-2 single beds) and a separate bedroom with a double bed (DF2).

Breakfast (approx. 8-10 AM), lunch/snacks (approx. 12:30-5 PM), and dinner (approx. 6:30-9:30 PM) are served buffet-style. Dinner can also be enjoyed in an à la carte restaurant (Asian and Bulgarian, July-August) (once per stay, reservation required and on rotation, not every restaurant is open daily).
Selected non-alcoholic drinks, international and local premium spirits, cocktails, coffee, and tea are available at the respective open bars (approx. 10 AM - midnight and on rotation).
