Location

The beautiful Hotel Zefir Beach is located approximately 50 m from the gently sloping white sandy beach in the southern part of the resort town Sunny Beach on the Black Sea. The hotel is surrounded by picturesque dunes and is only about 3.5 km from the center of the UNESCO World Heritage town of Nessebar. The Byzantine churches from the Middle Ages, the remains of numerous fortresses in the area, and the city wall are particularly worth seeing for culturally interested hotel guests. The port metropolis of Burgas can be reached in about half an hour. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes about 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The hotel consists of four floors and has a total of 240 residential units. The reception area offers a reception, hotel safes (for a fee) and elevators. The bright and airy lobby is connected to a beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool, the hotel garden and the sand dunes. All Inclusive is offered in the main restaurant. The new à la carte restaurant "EaZy" Restaurant offers a selection of meat, pizza, and pasta (for a fee). In addition, the comfortable hotel offers a lobby bar and a pool bar, various shops, two sun terraces in the large garden, a large freshwater pool, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool (subject to availability) and for a fee on the beach.

Superior Double Room Poolside

The renovated Superior Double Rooms Poolside are modern and elegantly furnished and have been designed with great attention to detail. The rooms feature modern furniture, a double bed, shower/toilet (walk-in shower), air conditioning, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony or terrace with a view of the pool (DP). Also available for single use (DEP) or as a single + child (D1P) at an additional charge.
The Superior Double Rooms Type I Poolside (DPI) have a special price and a limited contingent, with otherwise identical amenities.

Superior Double Room Landside

With otherwise identical amenities to the Superior Double Rooms Poolside, the Superior Double Rooms Landside are located on the land side (DL). Optionally also available for single use (DEL) or as a single + child (D1L) at an additional charge.

Superior Super Saver Room

The Superior Super Saver Rooms are also renovated and equipped like the Superior Double Rooms Landside, but may be located in a less preferred area (SSZ).

Family Room Pool View

The Family Rooms Pool View consist of two renovated Superior Double Rooms Poolside with a connecting door (DFP).
Also available as a Family Room with a land view (DF2).

Family Room (BOJB10)

These non-renovated family rooms are similar in amenities and size to the other family rooms, but face the street (approx. 36m², DF2). Optionally also available with a pool view (YF2).

Double Room (BOJB10)

Similar to the Superior Double Rooms, but these are not renovated (approx. 18m², D/DE). Optionally also available with a pool view (DP/DEP) or as a single/child occupancy (D1K/D1P).

All meals are served buffet-style and offer live cooking and an appealing selection of international and local specialties.

Ice cream and cake from approx. 3 pm to 5 pm. Coffee and tea from approx. 7:30 am to 5 pm at the open bar. There is a midnight snack around midnight.
