The Sunny Day Club Hotel is located in the northern part of the Sunny Beach resort. The beach is approx. 200 m from the hotel. Shops and entertainment facilities, restaurants, bars and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Burgas Airport is approx. 35 km away and Varna Airport is approx. 120 km away.

The hotel consists of five modern buildings (4 of them five-story with elevator and 1 building 3-story without elevator), a main restaurant, a swimming pool with children's pool (parasols and sun loungers are included by the pool), a pool bar, a sun terrace, a mini water park with 4 water slides, two children's playgrounds, a supermarket and a currency exchange office.

The friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 20m²) have a shower/WC, a pull-out armchair, cable TV, telephone, mini-fridge, air conditioning and a balcony with a view of the pool or the hotel's inner courtyard. Also bookable for single occupancy for an extra charge.
