The popular hotel is located in the center of the resort town of Sunny Beach. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The sandy beach can be reached by walking along the pedestrian zone, approx. 150 m away.

The hotel has 254 rooms spread over 20 floors and offers its guests a reception with currency exchange, ATM, safety deposit boxes, lobby bar, elevators, Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel), TV corner, snack bar, and a game bar. In the beautiful outdoor area, there is a spacious pool landscape with an aqua park, sun terrace, and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool.

Double room

The double rooms are brightly furnished with bath/WC or shower/WC, air conditioning (weather-dependent, centrally controlled), cable TV, Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony. A sleeping option for the 3rd person is a pull-out armchair (D).
Also available for single use at an additional charge (DE) and as single/child (D1K).
Also bookable as a double room with side sea view (DMS), also for single use (D1S) and as single-child (D1K) at an additional charge.

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, are slightly more spacious. (DSU)

Family Suite

The Family Suites (approx. 40 m²) have, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, an additional living/sleeping area and a separate room with a pull-out couch for 2 people, an armchair, and carpet flooring. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a door. The suites have park view (2FS).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms have, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, park view, a limited quota, and a special price (SSZ).

Junior Suite Side Sea View (BOJA28)

The Junior Suite with side sea view consists of a bedroom with a double bed or king-size bed and an extra bed for one more person. Further amenities include a separate living room with a sofa bed, carpet flooring, kettle (free of charge), balcony, internet (free of charge), and flat-screen cable TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from May to October). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC (approx. 40 m², J2S).
