The popular hotel is located in the center of the seaside resort of Sunny Beach. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The sandy beach can be reached after approx. 150 m along the pedestrian zone.

The hotel has 254 rooms spread over 20 floors and offers its guests a reception with a currency exchange, ATM, rental safes, lobby bar, elevators, Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), TV corner, snack bar and a game bar. In the beautiful outdoor area there is a spacious pool landscape with an aqua park, sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool.

Double Room

The double rooms are friendly furnished with bath/WC or shower/WC, air conditioning (weather-dependent, centrally controlled), cable TV, Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee) and a balcony. Sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person is a pull-out sofa bed (D).
Also available for single use at an extra charge (DE) and as Single/Child (D1K).
Also bookable as a double room with side sea view (DMS), also for single use here (D1S) and as Single-Child (D1K) for an extra charge.

Double Room Superior

The double rooms Superior, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, are slightly more spacious. (DSU)

Family Suite

The Family Suites (approx. 40 m²) have, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, an additional living/sleeping area and a separate room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people and an armchair and carpet. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a door. The suites have park view (2FS).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, have a park view, a limited contingent and a special price (SSZ).

Junior Suite with Side Sea View (BOJA28)

The Junior Suite with side sea view consists of a bedroom with a double bed or king-size bed and an extra bed for one more person. Further amenities include a separate living room with a sofa bed, carpet, kettle (free of charge), balcony, internet (free of charge) and flat-screen cable TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from May to October). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet (approx. 40 m², J2S).

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form in the main restaurant. Sandwiches from approx. 10:30 AM to 5 PM, ice cream and pastries from approx. 3 PM to 5 PM. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from approx. 10 AM to 11 PM at the respective open bar.
