The hotel, popular with couples and young people alike, is located in the northern part of the lively Sunny Beach and is separated from the kilometer-long, gently sloping sandy beach only by the promenade. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, and discos are in the immediate vicinity. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The comfortably furnished Superior rooms with side sea view and balcony or terrace are equipped with a twin bed, a sofa bed as an extra bed, carpet, kettle (free of charge), minibar (free of charge), internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge), and flat-screen satellite TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from May to September).
