Location

The Longosa Hotel is located in the quiet southern part of Sunny Beach, only about 200m from the sandy beach. Numerous shops, entertainment venues, restaurants, and bars are within easy walking distance. The center of Sunny Beach is approx. 2 km away, and the historic old town of Nessebar (UNESCO World Heritage site) can be reached after approx. 5 km. Many restaurants and shopping opportunities are available here, and a diverse range of excursions rounds off the leisure activities. Burgas Airport is about 30 km away.

The hotel consists of a main building and 6 annex buildings and offers a total of 167 rooms. The hotel is idyllically situated in a beautiful garden. Further facilities include a reception (24h), a lobby with a lobby bar, 3 elevators, and Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel). Fresh meals are served in the main buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and in the afternoon at the snack restaurant. Two bars complete the culinary offerings. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool and a pool bar. Sunshades, sun loungers, and bath towels (for a deposit) are included by the pool.

Double Room Park View

The Double Rooms Park View are cozy and comfortably furnished and feature two single beds, a sofa bed, shower/WC, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, central air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, mini-fridge, tiled floor, and a furnished balcony (D).
Also available for single use at an extra charge (DE) or as single + child (D1K).

Double Room Superior Park View

The Double Rooms Superior Park View were renovated in Winter 2025/26 and have similar amenities to the Double Rooms Park View (DSU).

Family Room

The Family Rooms consist of 2 rooms, each with similar amenities to the Double Rooms Park View, and are connected by a sliding/connecting door. The Family Rooms are equipped with two single beds, a double bed, and a sofa bed (DF2).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms are similarly equipped to the Double Rooms Park View, but they do not have a balcony and may differ in location and size (SSZ).

All meals served buffet-style. Breakfast (approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM), late riser breakfast (approx. 10 AM - 12 PM), lunch (approx. 12 PM - 2 PM), and dinner (approx. 6 PM - 9 PM). Two theme nights per week, healthy & regional cuisine, and a live show-cooking area. Snacks such as pizza and hot dogs from approx. 3 PM - 6 PM, and fruit, cakes, and ice cream from approx. 3 PM - 5 PM. Selected local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as coffee and tea during meals and from approx. 10 AM - 11 PM.
