Location

The hotel, particularly popular with families, is located directly on the long beach in the northern part of Sunny Beach, separated from the beach only by the promenade. Shops and entertainment facilities are approximately 500 m away. Burgas Airport is about 30 km away, with a transfer time of approximately 40 minutes.

The sprawling hotel complex has 633 rooms, distributed across a main building (3 floors without elevator) and a premium building (elevator available). It offers its guests a reception, elevator (only in the premium building), bars, a main buffet restaurant, and additionally 3 à la carte restaurants (for a fee and reservation), as well as a snack bar. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are 2 swimming pools with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels are included at the pool and on the beach (2 loungers and 1 umbrella per room, subject to availability).
The hotel features its own splash pool & aquapark; the slides are opened hourly and under supervision, depending on the weather. There are slides for adults and separate slides for children (only allowed for a minimum height of 130 cm and 35 kg. Lifeguards on site).
A special highlight are the Premium Double Rooms, which include special amenities. The full description can be found under the All-Inclusive section.

Accommodation

Double Room

The friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 24-26 sqm) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe (included), two single beds or one double bed, refrigerator/minibar (water, soft drinks, beer refilled daily free of charge), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony.
Also bookable for single occupancy, pool-facing, or with a pool view.
Super Saver Rooms have a limited quota and a special price, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms.
All rooms are located in the main building.

Single Room

The single rooms (approx. 15 sqm) are slightly smaller, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, and are also located in the main building.

Family Room

The family rooms (approx. 28 sqm) are slightly more spacious than the double rooms, with otherwise identical amenities, and additionally feature a visually separated sleeping area (one double bed and a bunk bed for children).

Family Suite

The family suites (approx. 39 sqm) consist of two bedrooms, an open passage, no connecting door, and with either 1 or 2 bathrooms (with shower/WC), with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms.

Premium Double Room

The Premium Double Rooms (approx. 24-26 sqm) are located in the premium building and are modernly and comfortably equipped with 2 single beds or one double bed, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, TV, minibar fridge, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), and a furnished balcony.
Premium Double Rooms with pool view or sea view, as well as for single occupancy, are bookable at an additional charge.

All meals in buffet form.
Rich breakfast buffet from approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM, lunch from approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, and dinner from approx. 6 PM - 9 PM in the main restaurant, each with show cooking, salads, soups, ice cream, fruit, and a rich buffet selection.
Dinner can also be enjoyed for an additional charge in one of the à la carte themed restaurants (Italian, Asian) from approx. 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM (reservation required, open June-September). For a minimum stay of 5 nights, one dinner in one of the à la carte themed restaurants is included (reservation required).
Snack bar (from approx. 11 AM - 5 PM) with snacks such as pizza, sandwiches, and salads from approx. 12 PM - 3 PM, and from approx. 3 PM - 5 PM sandwiches, pastries, and ice cream.

A neat dress code is requested in all restaurants in the evening (Smart Casual), swimwear, flip-flops, or sleeveless shirts/T-shirts and sportswear are not permitted.
CHECK-IN after 2 PM and CHECK-OUT by 11 AM. The UAI program starts on the day of arrival with lunch and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.
