The hotel is located just about 200 m from the long, fine sandy beach. Numerous shopping and entertainment options, restaurants, and bars can be found approx. 300 m away in the center and in the lively pedestrian zone of Sunny Beach.
The historic old town of Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its unique flair, is located about 6 km away. During the high season, a water taxi connects Sunny Beach and Nessebar in about 15 minutes.
Burgas Airport is approximately 30 km away.

The double rooms (approx. 22.5 m²) are modernly furnished and feature 2 single beds (Queensize and approx. 100x200 cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, mini-fridge, desk, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), flatscreen TV with cable connection, carpeted floor, and a furnished balcony facing the land side (D). Also bookable for single occupancy for an additional charge (DE).

Double room Deluxe

The Deluxe double rooms (approx. 24 m²) are slightly more spacious, with otherwise similar amenities as the double rooms, and additionally feature an extra armchair bed (sleeping surface approx. 83 x 185 cm) and a balcony with pool view (DD2).

Studio without kitchenette

The studios without a kitchenette (approx. 27 m²) are even more spacious, with otherwise similar amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, and feature a double bed (approx. 200 x 200 cm) and are located on the land side (S12).

Apartment without kitchenette

The apartments without a kitchenette (approx. 53 m²) feature, with otherwise similar amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, an additional bedroom with a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), separate air conditioning, and a living/bedroom area with a pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 people. The spacious balconies offer a magnificent view of the city and the green hinterland (A12).
