Location

The stylish 5-star hotel is quietly located on the edge of a bay of Sunny Beach. The gently sloping beach can be reached in approx. 150 m and the town center in approx. 2.5 km. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The popular hotel is set in a well-kept garden and offers the advantage that some facilities of the sister hotel Helena Sands can also be used. The complex has a lobby with reception, a pool bar and lobby bar, and a lounge bar with a terrace. A main restaurant and the theme restaurant "Blue Lagoon" offering fish specialties, among other things, ensure culinary delights. The theme restaurant is subject to a charge and advance reservation is required. Within the scope of the UAI program, one visit per week of booked stay is also included. In a cozy atmosphere, the outdoor area offers a freshwater pool and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach (subject to availability).

Double room

The double rooms are tastefully furnished and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hourly), satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (1st refill on arrival included) and a balcony facing the land side. (D) Also bookable as a single/child variant (D1K) or for single use at an additional charge (DE).

Double room pool/garden view garden side

The garden-side double rooms have garden or pool views, otherwise with the same amenities as the double rooms. (DPG) These rooms are also bookable as a single/child variant (PG1) or for single use at an additional charge (EPG).

Suite

In addition to the amenities of the double rooms, the suites also have a separate living room with a sofa bed and bathrobes. (S2)

These rooms are furnished like double rooms but are not in a specific or always favorable location. (SSZ)

All meals are served in buffet form.
Breakfast approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM, Lunch approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, and Dinner approx. 6 PM - 9 PM.
3 times a week themed dinner in the main restaurant, 1 time a week themed dinner in the "Blue Lagoon" restaurant (reservation required) is free of charge, otherwise it is chargeable and only by prior reservation.
Late risers' breakfast (Snack Bar) from approx. 10 AM - 11:30 AM.
Snacks at the Snack Bar from approx. 12 PM - 2 PM and from approx. 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM.

Accessible rooms can be booked on request (DG). Ramps and wide elevators are available, but not all areas of the hotel are easily accessible for guests with mobility impairments due to the architecture of the complex.

Please note that outside the main travel season (especially in the months of April-May and October), hotels and club facilities may reduce their entertainment and leisure programs (e.g., animation, mini club, or water sports activities) as well as the opening hours of restaurants and bars due to the then low number of guests and the changeable weather.
