Location

This upper-mid-range hotel is situated in an excellent location within a quiet area of Sunny Beach. It is separated from the long, fine sandy beach only by the promenade. Shopping and entertainment options, clubs, and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The town center is approx. 3 km away. The transfer time from Burgas Airport to the hotel is approx. 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The DIT Majestic Beach Resort features 409 rooms with high-quality, tasteful furnishings, a large lobby with reception, a lobby bar, 6 elevators, and Wi-Fi (included). For dining, guests can choose between the main restaurant (Ultra AI) or, for stays of at least 5 nights, dine once in one of the two à-la-carte restaurants (Asian or Italian; reservation required, further visits possible for a fee and subject to availability). The outdoor area includes two swimming pool landscapes with ample space for sunbathing, a pool bar, and a snack bar. Sun umbrellas, loungers, and bath towels are included at the pool; loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the beach, subject to availability. Younger guests can enjoy the playground. A well-equipped gym is available for sports, and a wellness center with numerous treatments and facilities is available for relaxation (for a fee).

The double rooms (approx. 23 m²) are modern and comfortably furnished, equipped with air conditioning, TV, minibar (refilled every 2 days, included), safe (included), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), shower/WC, hairdryer, carpeted floor, and a furnished balcony (D).
Also available to book as Single + Child (D).
Double rooms with sea view (DM), double rooms with sea view for single occupancy (DME), and double room with sea view as Single + Child (DM) are available for an extra charge.

Superior double room

Superior double rooms offer the same facilities as double rooms but are located from the 6th floor upwards and offer a magnificent view (DSU). Also available for single occupancy for an extra charge (DSE).
Superior double rooms with sea view (DMU) and also for single occupancy (DME) are available for an extra charge.

1-bedroom apartment

The spacious 1-bedroom apartments (approx. 60 m²) offer the same facilities as double rooms, featuring a living room with a double sofa bed and a separate bedroom, and additionally include a well-equipped kitchenette (sink, water glasses, coffee/tea cups, cupboards, double hotplate, extractor hood, and electric kettle), as well as a separate WC. These rooms are spacious at 30 m² and offer space for a family with up to 2 children. Facilities are otherwise as per the double rooms; one room with a double bed and 2 additional single beds.
