Location

The hotel, consisting of the two parts Paraizo Beach and Teopolis, is located directly on the beach. The long, gently sloping sandy beach is just a few meters away. Many shops, restaurants, and a bus stop are within walking distance. The town of Obzor is located almost exactly between Burgas and Varna airports, making arrival from both airports ideal. The transfer time is approx. 1.5-2 hours. From Obzor, an excursion to Nessebar is definitely worthwhile with its historic old town, many quaint restaurants, bars, and shops, and a large selection of souvenirs.

Facilities

The cozy and family-friendly hotel is particularly popular with its regular guests. The holiday accommodation offers a popular combination of an ideal beachfront hotel, a generous all-inclusive concept, and a manageable size, ensuring a personal touch for the best holiday atmosphere. The hotel complex consists of two buildings standing directly next to each other, the newer Hotel Paraizo Teopolis and the Hotel Paraizo Beach. These two hotels offer the perfect combination for a successful family holiday with an all-inclusive concept. Both hotels have a total of 104 rooms and apartments spread over 6 floors. Further facilities include a reception (24h), currency exchange, elevators, and a lobby bar. Both hotels share a main buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The outdoor area features a beautiful sun terrace and pool area with a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool (subject to availability). On the hotel's own beach section, directly in front of the hotel, 2 sun loungers and an umbrella per room are included (subject to availability). Beach towels are available for a fee and deposit. There is also a fish specialty restaurant and a beach club on the beach (both for a fee and with reservation).

Sea view apartment without kitchenette

The sea view apartments without kitchenette (approx. 30m²) consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a separate living/sleeping area with seating and a double sofa bed (Paraizo Beach building), with otherwise identical amenities to the land-view double rooms.
Also bookable as a sea-side apartment in the Teopolis building.

Double room

The bright and friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 22m²) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, carpeted floor, a double bed or two single beds (100x200 cm), a reclining armchair or a sofa bed (110x90 cm), a cozy seating area, table, wardrobe, electric kettle, safe (included), Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV (flat screen), minibar, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony facing the land. Also bookable as single+child, double room with sea view, or double room for single use at an additional charge (Paraizo Beach building).
Double rooms with partial sea view are located in the Teopolis building.

All meals served buffet-style: breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner. Drinks at the lobby bar are subject to a charge from approx. 11 PM to midnight.
