The hotel features 250 spacious rooms and junior suites across 7 floors. Amenities include a lobby, reception, elevators, Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), various bars, a buffet restaurant, and a snack and pool bar. The outdoor area boasts a large, lush garden and an approx. 1,200 m² pool landscape with a sun terrace, relaxation, and lounge zone. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and at the hotel's private beach section, subject to availability (Bali beds available for a fee).

The Double Rooms are generously sized (approx. 28 m²) and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), LED TV, telephone, safe (rental), minibar (first refill upon arrival with beer, water, soft drinks; daily refill with water included), coffee maker, Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony (D).
Also available for single use (DE) or as a single with child (D1K) at an additional charge.
Double Rooms Type B (DB) and Type I (DI), with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms, have a limited contingent and a special price.

Junior Suite with Side Sea View

The Junior Suites with side sea view, with otherwise similar amenities to the Double Rooms, are slightly more spacious (approx. 45 m²) and additionally offer a double bed, a pull-out sofa bed (140x190 cm), and a side sea view (J2S).

Super Saver Room

Super Saver Rooms may differ in location, size, and amenities from the Double Rooms (SSZ).

Double Room with Side Sea View

The Double Rooms with side sea view, with otherwise similar amenities to the Double Rooms, feature a side sea view (DMS).
Also available for single use (DES) or as a single with child (D1S) at an additional charge.
Double Rooms with Side Sea View Type I (DSI), with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms with Side Sea View, have a limited contingent and a special price.

Double Room Superior Sea View

The Double Rooms Superior Sea View, with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms, have a direct sea view and are located in a prime location. As an additional highlight, guests who book this room category will receive an in-house credit of €50 per room for expenses within the hotel premises (excluding shops) and a Bali bed by the pool at no extra charge (DMU).

Twice a week, themed dinners (Bulgarian and Mediterranean) and once a week a Gala Dinner.
Dinner at the à la carte restaurant (June 1st - August 31st, once per stay, minimum stay of 7 days and reservation required).
The snack bar offers:
- Late risers' breakfast approx. 10 AM - 11 AM
- Coffee, cookies, and croissants approx. 11 AM - 12 PM
- Grill, pizza, salads, and fruit approx. 12:30 PM - 4 PM
- Cake, ice cream, tea, and coffee approx. 4 PM - 5:30 PM
Snack and pool bar open from June 1st - August 31st (During the period May 20th - May 31st and September 1st - September 30th, snacks are served in the main restaurant).
Soft drinks and local alcoholic beverages are included with meals and from approx. 8 AM to 12 AM at the respective open bars.
Sunrise Beach Bar (June 1st - August 31st): Beverages (draft beer, juices, soft drinks, water, tea, coffee) from approx. 10 AM to 6 PM.
Selected cocktails and imported drinks, as well as bottled beverages, are available for a fee at some bars from approx. 10 AM to 11 PM.

Sports included

Fitness room (approx. 70 m²), beach volleyball, beach soccer, darts, water polo, Zumba, water aerobics, archery, table tennis, Zorb ball, and dance classes.

Bicycle rental and water sports activities on the beach offered by local providers.

Children's program

Mini Club (ages 4-12), children's animation with workshops, craft activities, various games, a children's playground, and a mini disco.
PS5 consoles available for a fee (June 1st - September 30th, approx. 9 AM - 10 PM).

The animation team offers a variety of animation activities, competitions, and sports Olympics 6 times a week.
Some of the animation activities take place at the sister hotel Sunrise All Suites Resort, such as evening shows and entertainment programs (non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, and popcorn are included only during the evening show at the bar next to the show stage at the sister hotel). Themed nights at the beach bar (some for a fee).
