Location

The hotel is located directly on the long pedestrian promenade of Nessebar and is approx. 150 m from the long, fine sandy beach of the resort Sunny Beach. The historic old town of Nessebar is just a few minutes' walk away. In the center of Sunny Beach you will find numerous shopping and entertainment options (regular bus connections). Burgas Airport is approx. 25 km away.

The Festa Panorama hotel was extensively renovated in 2025 and has a total of 248 renovated rooms spread across 6 floors. It offers guests a reception area with a front desk (safe available for a fee at reception), elevators, a lobby bar, a main restaurant, a 24-hour self-service area, a relaxation center, and an indoor pool. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, a sun terrace, a snack bar, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The double rooms (approx. 20-25 sqm) have a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, carpeted flooring, mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony (D).
Also bookable as a double room for single use (DE) or as a single + child (D1K) for an extra charge.
Double rooms with sea view (DM), double rooms with sea view for single use (DEM), and double rooms with sea view for single + child (D1M) are also bookable for an extra charge.

Apartment Sea View

The sea view apartments (approx. 50 sqm) have a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom, as well as a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony with sea view (2AM).

Super Saver Room

Super saver rooms are rooms that may differ from standard rooms in terms of location, size, and amenities. The allocation is determined by the hotelier on-site. These rooms do not have a balcony (SSZ).

Single Room (BOJA18)

With the same amenities as double rooms facing the street and smaller (E). Optionally also bookable with sea view (EM).

All Inclusive

All meals are served buffet style. Breakfast (approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (approx. 6:30 PM - 9 PM). Three times a week, there are themed buffets. The dinner buffet includes a wide selection of fresh salads, popular international dishes, light desserts, fresh fruit, grilled vegetables, pasta, and show cooking stations.
24-hour self-service area:
Snacks and sandwiches from approx. 10 PM to 8 AM and drinks such as juices, soft drinks, and various hot beverages (coffee/tea, cocoa, etc.) from approx. 12 AM to 12 PM.
Snacks such as mini sandwiches, fruit, ice cream, and light desserts from approx. 11 AM to 4 PM at the snack bar.
Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, juices, cocktails, and hot beverages such as coffee/tea, cappuccino, and cocoa from approx. 10 AM to 10 PM at the bar that is open at the time.
The night bar (approx. 10 PM - 12 AM, closed on Mondays) serves a wide selection of local alcoholic drinks, house wine, draft beer, soft drinks, and cocktails.
