The luxurious 5-star Grand Hotel & Spa Primoretz is located very quietly directly on the coast of Burgas. The direct beach location as well as the proximity to the town center of Burgas with numerous shopping opportunities are the perfect prerequisites for a varied stay.

The hotel offers its guests 109 rooms, several elevators, a main and an à la carte restaurant and some bars. A night bar invites to evening entertainment with live music. Additionally, there is a beautiful swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sunbeds and sunshades are included by the pool and on the beach. An indoor pool with an integrated children's pool and a wellness area (approx. 3000m²) with additional offerings provide plenty of variety.

The standard double rooms face the land side and have a bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, safe, telephone, and a balcony (DL).
Also available for single use (DEL) at an extra charge, or as a single/child variant (D1L).

Double Room Superior

The superior double rooms, with otherwise similar amenities to the standard double rooms, are slightly more spacious and additionally have a coffee/tea maker (DSU). Also bookable as a single child variant (1DS) or as a superior double room with sea view (DMU) at an extra charge.

Double Room Sea Side

The double rooms with sea view have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, safe, telephone, and a balcony (DY2). Also bookable as a single/child variant (D1Y).

Apartment without Kitchenette

The apartments with 1 bedroom without kitchenette (approx. 65m²) have, with otherwise identical amenities to the superior double rooms, a separate bedroom and are located on the 1st and 2nd floor facing the land side (A12 or A1A, depending on occupancy).
