The luxurious hotel is located directly on the hotel's own long, white sandy beach and is situated in the center of the Al Hamra Development Complex. A shopping mall is approximately 1 km away.

The resort, extensively renovated in 2024, has a total of 292 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception and seating areas, as well as a souvenir shop/boutique.
A total of seven restaurants and bars cater to culinary delights. Among them is the "Waka" restaurant with Polynesian cuisine, the "East" restaurant with international delicacies, and the "Reunion" brasserie with fresh French pastries. There is also the French coffee shop "Citron," the wine and cigar bar "Veritas," the "EAST" bar with shisha service, and the juice bar "Blend and Squeeze."
In the spacious, well-maintained garden area, a total of four swimming pools (including a children's pool, an adults-only pool, and a lagoon pool) and a swim-up bar invite you to relax and unwind. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

The Superior Double Rooms Sea View (DM/DEM) have the same size and amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, with the addition of a sea view.

Luxury Beachfront Double Room

The Luxury Beachfront Double Rooms (LBF/LB1) are approx. 42 sqm and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, separate bathtub, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, flat-screen TV, safe, coffee machine, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi, and are sea-facing.
