The approximately 100 m² Seafront Villas (SVV) are designed in a modern style. The villas share similar amenities with the double rooms with sea view and feature a living area and a separate bedroom.

Beachfront Private Pool

The Beachfront Private Pool villas (BPV) are approximately 150 m² in size and feature a modern living area, a separate bedroom, and a terrace with sun loungers and a private pool. The direct beach location of the villas offers a direct sea view.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
