The hotel has a total of 181 rooms and suites spread over 12 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception with seating areas as well as a beach club with a swimming pool.
For dining, there are various restaurants serving national and international cuisine as well as several bars.
In the outdoor area, there are a total of three swimming pools, including a kids' splash pool. An adults-only pool for guests aged 18 and over is located in the "Lava Beach Club," which is still family-friendly (access for hotel guests is free of charge).
In addition, guests have access to a complimentary "floating water park." Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available free of charge at the pool, on the beach, and at the beach club.
