The hotel has a total of 181 rooms and suites spread across 12 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception with seating areas and a beach club with a swimming pool. For culinary delights, there are various restaurants serving national and international cuisine, as well as several bars. In the outdoor area, there are a total of three swimming pools, including a kids' splash pool. An adults-only pool for guests aged 18 and over is located in the 'Lava Beach Club', which is still suitable for families (free access for hotel guests). Additionally, a free "floating water park" is available to hotel guests. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge by the pool, on the beach, and at the beach club.

The Fairmont Rooms (DM/DEM), with a size of approx. 40 sqm, feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, a balcony, and offer views of the marina/side sea view.

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DP2/DP1) have the same size and amenities as the standard double rooms, with the addition of sea view.
