Location

Opened at the end of 2022, the hotel is located directly on the beach of the legendary Palm Jumeirah. Due to its location at the beginning of Palm Jumeirah, well-known attractions such as the Dubai Mall, Aquaventure Waterpark and Nakheel Mall are quickly reached.
Burj Khalifa with the Dubai Fountains and the Dubai Mall can be reached after approx. 20 km. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approx. 33 km away. Dubai-World Central Airport (DWC) is approx. 40 km away.

The 5-star resort features 602 modern rooms and suites as well as a spacious, well-maintained outdoor area. Palm Ocean View Double Room

The bright and comfortable Deluxe Palm Ocean View double rooms (POV/1PO) are approx. 41 m² and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, bathrobes/slippers, hairdryer, safe (for a fee), minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), 42"-LED-TV, air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, and a balcony. Palm Ocean View Double Room Guaranteed Upper Floor

The schauinsland-reisen original Palm Sea View double rooms guaranteed upper floor (APV/APS) have the same facilities as the Palm Sea View double rooms. The rooms are located on the 6th floor or higher, offering a breathtaking view of the sea.
