The luxurious Sofitel Dubai The Palm is spectacularly situated on the outer crescent (East Crescent) of the iconic artificial island Palm Jumeirah – an architectural masterpiece that protrudes into the Arabian Gulf like a giant palm tree. This unique position ensures that the resort feels secluded and tranquil, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, while simultaneously offering incomparable panoramic views of the open sea.
Nestled in lush tropical gardens with lagoons, palm trees, and waterways, the hotel almost conveys the feeling of a Polynesian island – a deliberate contrast to the futuristic skyline of Dubai. Directly in front of the complex lies a private sandy beach about 500 m long, where the water of the Arabian Gulf is usually calm and clear – ideal for relaxing or water sports.
Due to its location on the outer crescent, guests enjoy particularly wide views: on one side the open sea, and on the other the impressive silhouette of the Palm island itself. At the same time, this position offers a high degree of privacy, as it is much quieter here than on the “trunk” of the palm, where shopping malls and many hotels are concentrated.
Despite the secluded resort atmosphere, connections are good: the hotel is located about 40 km from the international airport and around 30 km from the city center. Major highlights such as Nakheel Mall, Aquaventure Waterpark, or the vibrant West Beach promenade are reachable in a short drive.

The accommodations combine elegant, modern design with Polynesian elements and offer – depending on the category – views of the sea, the Palm island, or the tropical garden grounds.

The apartments are approx. 75 m² in size, located in the apartment building, and feature similar amenities including a combined living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a sea view (APM).
