The modernly designed hotel area, embedded in the extraordinary architecture of the two mirror towers, comprises 217 luxurious rooms (3rd-16th floor), a lobby bar/lounge, a fitness club, and the wellness area "The Spa".
The Address Beach Resort spoils its guests with a diverse culinary selection in 10 restaurants. "The Restaurant" offers an award-winning concept with international dishes in various stylish areas, including an outdoor terrace with a view of Jumeirah Beach. Directly by the sea, the "Beach Grill" invites you to enjoy fresh grilled dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. For special moments, the rooftop restaurant "ZETA Seventy Seven" on the 77th floor offers Asian-inspired seafood and an impressive panoramic view of Dubai. Enjoy light snacks and elegant drinks in the stylish "Lounge". Additionally, a selection of Mediterranean, Italian, Chinese, and seafood restaurants complements the diverse offerings, ensuring there's something for every taste.
Located very invitingly, the complex features four swimming pools, including an infinity pool (ages 21+/ from 9-11 AM the pool is also open to younger guests) on the rooftop terrace. Bali beds, sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are free of charge by the pools.
For the younger guests, the Qix Club and Splash Pad ensure fun. Furthermore, the hotel has a shopping arcade with a souvenir shop, boutique, jewelry store, and a hairdresser.

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The Deluxe Sea View double rooms (DDM/DM1) have the same amenities as the Deluxe Marina City View double rooms, but with a spectacular view of the sea and the beautiful sandy beach.

The modern and spacious Deluxe Marina City View double rooms (CD/CDE) are approx. 45 m² in size and feature a bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, air conditioning, minibar, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a spectacular view of Dubai Marina.
Additionally, customers have the following amenities:
- Breakfast in "The Lounge" or "The Restaurant" from 6:30 AM to 11 AM
- Buffet lunch in "The Restaurant" from 12:30 PM to 3 PM with selected alcoholic beverages
- from 4 PM to 6 PM, various snacks and drinks either with a wonderful view from the 77th floor "ZETA Seventy Seven" (adults only) or in the family-friendly "The Beach Grill" area.
