The luxury resort is located directly on a 700 m long private beach of the well-known Jumeirah Beach, in close proximity to the world-famous "Emirates Golf Club", the promenade "The Walk JBR" and "Marina Walk".
A marina directly adjoins the fine sandy beach; in the background, the imposing Dubai Marina with its high-rises can be seen.
The city center is approx. 25 km and Dubai Airport (DXB) approx. 30 km away.

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2/DD1) are approx. 36 sqm and are very comfortably and attractively furnished with a bathroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, internet connection (included), air conditioning, minibar, safe, and tea/coffee making facilities, offering a fantastic view of the skyline.
Available at an extra charge with sea view and balcony (DM2/DM1).

Club Room Sea View

The Club Rooms Sea View (2CM/1CM) offer, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View, access to an exclusive lounge, which also features an outdoor terrace. Breakfast is served here from 7-11 am, an afternoon tea is offered from 3-5 pm, and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served from 6-8 pm. Club guests also have a separate check-in/check-out area.

Family Room Sea View

The Family Rooms Sea View (2ZF) are approx. 70 sqm and feature two bedrooms, each with two King-size beds and one twin bed. The rooms are comfortably furnished with two bathrooms, shower/WC, satellite TV, telephone, internet connection, air conditioning, minibar, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, and offer a fantastic view.
