The exclusive "JA Lake View Hotel" resort is located in a quiet area, about 1 km from the private "Jebel Ali Beach" (a buggy transfer is available). The hotel, along with its two neighboring hotels, forms the "JA The Resort" complex.
The famous Jumeirah Beach is approximately 26 km away. The Dubai Mall, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, and the iconic Burj Khalifa are also about 46 km away.

Children's program

For the little guests, the "Pirates & Mermaids" Kids Club (4–12 years old) offers a varied childcare and animation program in the morning and afternoon. In the evening, a daily children's buffet is available, and an integrated children's pool provides refreshment.

A special highlight is the newly built "Splash" water park, where children can have fun. Access is not permitted for children under 1 meter in height, and children between 1 and 1.20 meters may only play under adult supervision.

A sauna and whirlpool are available to guests free of charge, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. In the spa area, located between the "JA Jebel Ali Beach Hotel" and the "JA Palm Tree Court & Spa", over 40 different body massages and treatments are also offered and can be booked for a fee.
