Location

The exclusive JA Palm Tree Court enjoys a quiet, expansive location directly on an 800-meter-long, fine sandy private beach. Together with the JA Beach Hotel and the JA Lake View Hotel, it forms the large resort area known as JA The Resort.
The property stretches along the coast and offers an exceptionally spacious, green environment with plenty of room for rest and relaxation right by the Arabian Gulf. Its secluded location creates a nearly private resort atmosphere that stands out significantly from the urban hustle and bustle of the metropolis.
Despite the quiet beach location, connectivity is excellent: the lively Dubai Marina with the popular Dubai Marina Walk is reachable in about 30 minutes. Well-known shopping centers, Dubai Parks and Resorts, and the traditional Gold Souk in Deira are also easily accessible via a complimentary shuttle service.

The JA Palm Tree Court features a total of 212 comfortably furnished rooms and combines spacious resort architecture with a versatile range of facilities and leisure opportunities.
The elegant lobby with reception provides an inviting first impression. Culinary-wise, guests can expect a large selection of restaurants and bars offering international flavors. The central all-day dining restaurant "La Fontana Brasserie" delights guests with varied international buffets and theme nights. Southeast Asian specialties are served at the "White Orchid Restaurant," while the "White Orchid Lounge" invites guests to linger with cocktails and other refreshments. In addition, various pool bars such as the "Anchor Pool Bar," the "La Fontana Pool Bar," and the "Tamr Pool Bar" are available for snacks and drinks. The gastronomic offerings are complemented by the Signature Lounge, 24-hour room service, and additional restaurants and bars within JA The Resort. Please note that individual facilities may be temporarily closed due to seasonal or operational reasons. Currently, the "Tamr Terrace" is not in operation.
Additionally, a hairdresser, a jeweler, a beauty salon, and a small shopping arcade are available, rounding out the resort's offerings and ensuring extra comfort.
The expansive, well-maintained garden landscape is the heart of the property and offers a particularly relaxed holiday experience in the greenery. It hosts a total of six temperature-controlled freshwater pools as well as a separate saltwater pool, which is reserved exclusively for guests of The Residence Suites and Premium Suites. Furthermore, two separate children's pools, spacious sun terraces, and two pool bars are available, providing refreshments and relaxing hours.
Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the pools and on the beach. Additionally, the pool facilities at the neighboring JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel may also be used.

The Junior Suites (JS2/JS1) are luxuriously and generously appointed, featuring a large bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, air conditioning, telephone, LED screen TV, complimentary internet access, radio, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe, seating area, a sofa bed for children, and a balcony or terrace with garden view.

The integrated children's pool provides a way to cool off in between. "Pirates & Mermaids" (4 months-4 years).
A special highlight for the little ones is the newly built "Splash" water park (children under 1 meter in height are not allowed; children between 1.00-1.20 meters in height only when accompanied by an adult).
