Location

The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is located in a prime position directly on the famous Sheikh Zayed Road, the main arterial road in Dubai. The iconic twin-tower hotel rises in the modern Business Bay district, one of the city's most dynamic business and lifestyle neighborhoods, extending directly between Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Water Canal.
Due to this central location, guests enjoy excellent access to the metropolis's main attractions. The world-famous Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Opera are just a few minutes' drive away. The Dubai Water Canal with its promenades, restaurants, and evening light shows is also in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible.

The modern luxury hotel JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is one of the tallest hotels in the world and has a total of 1,608 rooms and suites distributed across two striking towers, each with 72 floors. The rooms and suites feature an elegant, contemporary design, spacious layouts, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer impressive views of the Dubai skyline, the Dubai Water Canal, or the city.
Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious reception area with a front desk and comfortable seating, reflecting the sophisticated yet urban character of the establishment.
The hotel sets culinary standards: a total of 13 restaurants and bars are available, offering an exceptionally wide international selection – partly as part of a dining credit concept. Among the most well-known addresses is "Kitchen6", a multi-award-winning buffet restaurant with live cooking stations and dishes from all over the world. Also popular is the Italian "Positano", which serves modern Mediterranean cuisine, as well as the American-inspired "The Vault", a stylish rooftop bar on the upper floors with a spectacular view over the city.
