The hotel is located directly on the well-known Sheikh Zayed Road in the heart of Dubai, just a few minutes from "Dubai Mall". The nearest metro station is only about 50m from the hotel.
Thanks to the central location of the hotel, sights such as the "Museum of the Future", the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Frame can be reached on foot.

The Rose Rayhaan by Rotana has 462 rooms and suites, spread over 72 floors.
It offers its guests a reception hall with a reception, the all-day dining restaurant "Violet" and the lobby cafe "Café Rose". On the 4th floor there is a temperature-controlled freshwater swimming pool with the "Aquarius" pool cafe and a breathtaking view of the Dubai skyline. Sun loungers, towels and umbrellas are included by the pool.

The modernly furnished double rooms (D/DE) are approx. 28 m² in size, are located on the 9th-34th floors and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator including a freezer compartment and microwave.

Large Corner Room

The Large Corner Rooms (COR/ECO) have a size of approx. 32 m² with the same amenities as the double rooms.

Family Room

The family rooms (DF2) are approx. 75 m² in size and have the same amenities as the double rooms. In addition, the family rooms have a separate living room with a sofa bed. A small kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The view from the family rooms can be towards the city, the sea, the Burj Khalifa or Sheikh Zayed Road.
