The two towers are connected by a horizontal building element "The Link". Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception and seating areas, as well as various boutiques.

The Za'abeel Double Rooms (D/DE) are approx. 50 m² in size and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, bathrobes/slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), and a view of the Burj Khalifa or the vibrant city life.
Also bookable as a Za'abeel Queen Double Room (DA).
