Location

The exclusive resort is located on Saadiyat Island, directly on the 9 km long sandy beach, amidst beautifully landscaped gardens and in close proximity to the world-renowned Saadiyat Beach Golf Club.
The "Louvre" Abu Dhabi and the city center are just a few minutes' drive away. Abu Dhabi International Airport is approximately 32 km away.
After about 26 km, you can reach Yas Island with the theme parks "Ferrari World Abu Dhabi", "Warner Brothers World", "Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi", and the Formula 1 racetrack.

The luxurious first-class hotel, with a total of 306 rooms, suites, and private villas, is situated within a 75,000 m² garden landscape featuring numerous water elements.
The culinary diversity offered by the three excellent restaurants, two bars, and a lounge leaves nothing to be desired. "The Café" is a stylish all-day dining restaurant combining Arabian delicacies with Western specialties. At "The Park Bar & Grill," guests can enjoy international grilled specialties from an open show kitchen, while "Beach House" offers Mediterranean tapas and dishes. In the rooftop bar "Shala Beach Lounge," and the "ASIA ASIA" rooftop restaurant with Asian delicacies, you can end the day with a breathtaking view of Saadiyat's dream beach and delicious dishes and cocktails. The generously sized Park Rooms (PV2/1VP) are approximately 50 m² in size, very comfortably furnished, and feature a spacious bathroom with a large freestanding bathtub and separate rain shower/toilet, king-size or 2 twin beds, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (incl.), satellite TV (flat screen), DVD player, iPod docking station, telephone, coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, and a balcony with a garden view.

Double Room Garden View (bookable from 8.1.26)

The comfortable and modern Double Rooms Garden View (2GD/1GD) are of the same size and have the same amenities as the Park Rooms. The rooms are located on the upper floors, offering a breathtaking view of the hotel's lush and well-maintained gardens.

Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms Sea View (DM/DEM) have the same amenities as the Park Room rooms, but offer a wonderful sea view from the balcony.

Family Room (bookable until 8.1.26 only)

The Family Rooms (DF2) consist of two Park Rooms connected by a door.

Park Suite

The Park Suites (PA2/PAE) are approximately 100 m² in size and feature two large balconies. The comfortable amenities include a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower/toilet, bathrobes, hairdryer, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, telephone, safe, TV, and a minibar (for a fee).
Additionally, the suites have a separate living area.
The balconies offer a wonderful view of the resort.

Garden Villa with Plunge Pool

The villas (V2) are approximately 120m² in size and feature a large bathroom with bathtub and shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), separate workspace, kitchenette, iron/ironing board, and a terrace with direct access to a private plunge pool.
Also available at an extra charge with a wonderful view of Saadiyat Beach (V2M).
