Offering approx. 70 m² of space, the panoramic room (DP2) provides ample room for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom transitions into a spacious living area and is complemented by a kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and washing machine. A special highlight is the panoramic view of the Dubai Downtown skyline and Sheikh Zayed Road. The generous room layout is suitable for families as well as couples and solo travelers.

Facilities

The luxurious, terraced resort was built in a Mediterranean design with Nubian style, combined with modern elements, and blends harmoniously into the stunning, palm-lined landscape.
It has a total of 349 rooms, designed with a mix of Mediterranean and modern styles. A section specifically designed for families with a 420 m² swimming pool and Aqua Fun with 5 exciting slides has been integrated into the spacious grounds. A children's pool and the Flipper's Kids Club ensure fun for the little ones. The individual residential units and 2-story villas (only bookable on request) are located in a lovingly landscaped, expansive garden and are situated either on a steep slope or on one of the peninsulas in the lagoon.
Diverse hotel amenities include four restaurants, including the exquisite main restaurant "Cinnamon" with international cuisine, the "Veranda" buffet restaurant in the family section, and the Mediterranean restaurant "Basilico," both of which feature beautiful outdoor terraces, a lobby café, 3 pool bars, 1 ice cream café (for a fee), a bar, and a beach bar.

The elegant double rooms (D/DE) are comfortably furnished, approx. 30 m² in size, and feature a bathroom/shower, WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, satellite TV (flat screen), telephone, radio, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace with a view of the resort. Located in the oldest part of the facility. Renovated in 2022.

Double room garden view

The double rooms with garden view (2GD/1GD) feature the same amenities as the double rooms. These rooms are located in the most recently built part of the facility and are between 37-41 m² in size and feature a walk-in shower and garden view.

The double rooms with pool view (PD/PDE) feature the same amenities as the double rooms. These rooms are located in the most recently built part of the facility and are between 37-41 m² in size and feature a walk-in shower and pool view.
The rooms do not have a balcony or terrace.

The double rooms with sea view (DM/DEM) feature the same amenities as the double rooms, as well as a direct sea view and a balcony or terrace. Renovated in 2022.

Lagoon View Room

The Lagoon View rooms (DLV/ELV) feature the same amenities as the double rooms. From the balcony, you enjoy a partial sea view, a view of the lagoon, or a view of the Laguna Pool. Renovated in 2022.

1 Bedroom Villa (bookable on request only)

The two-story villas are very spacious, located directly on the lagoon or on the hillside, and feature the same amenities as the double rooms. On the ground floor is the living room with a terrace; on the 1st floor is the open bedroom with a balcony.

2 Bedroom Villa with pool

With the same amenities as the 1 Bedroom Villas, the 2 Bedroom Villas (2V2) feature a second bedroom as well as their own small pool.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for these room types, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.
