The approx. 28 m², modernly furnished double rooms (DA/DEA) are guaranteed to be from the 15th floor onwards and are equipped with a bathtub/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker, as well as a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, and microwave.

Club Room

The Club rooms (CD/CDE) are approx. 32 m² and feature a bathroom/WC, bathtub, hairdryer, air conditioning, kettle, safe, TV, and refrigerator.

Panoramic room

At approx. 70 m², the panoramic room (DP2) offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom leads into a spacious living area and is complemented by a kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and washing machine. A special highlight is the panoramic view of the Dubai Downtown skyline and Sheikh Zayed Road. The spacious layout is suitable for families as well as couples and solo travelers.

Facilities

The luxurious, terraced resort was built in a Mediterranean design with Nubian style combined with modern elements and blends harmoniously into the beautiful, palm-lined landscape.
It has a total of 349 rooms, designed with a mix of Mediterranean and modern styles. A section specifically designed for families with a 420 m² swimming pool and Aqua Fun with 5 exciting slides has been integrated into the spacious complex. A children's pool and the Flipper's Kids Club ensure fun for the little ones. The individual residential units and 2-story villas (only bookable upon request) are located in a lovingly landscaped, expansive garden area and are situated either on the steep slope or on one of the peninsulas in the lagoon.
The diverse hotel amenities include four restaurants, including the exquisite main restaurant "Cinnamon" with international cuisine, the "Veranda" buffet restaurant in the family section, as well as the Mediterranean restaurant "Basilico", both of which have a beautiful outdoor terrace, a lobby café, 3 pool bars, 1 ice cream café (for a fee), a bar, and a beach bar.

Located in the first-built part of the complex. Renovated in 2022.

The double rooms with garden view (2GD/1GD) have the same amenities as the double rooms. These rooms are located in the most recently built part of the complex, are between 37-41 m², and have a walk-in shower and garden view.

The double rooms with pool view (PD/PDE) have the same amenities as the double rooms. These rooms are located in the most recently built part of the complex, are between 37-41 m², and have a walk-in shower and pool view.

The double rooms with sea view (DM/DEM) have the same amenities as the double rooms, offer a direct sea view, as well as a balcony or terrace. Renovated in 2022.

Lagoon View Room

The Lagoon View rooms (DLV/ELV) have the same amenities as the double rooms. From the balcony, you can enjoy a side sea view, view of the lagoon, or a view of the Laguna Pool. Renovated in 2022.

1 Bedroom Villa (only bookable upon request)

The two-story villas are very spacious, located directly on the lagoon or on the slope, and have the same amenities as the double rooms. The ground floor features the living room with a terrace, and the 1st floor features the open-plan bedroom with a balcony.

2 Bedroom Villa with pool

With the same amenities as the 1 Bedroom Villas, the 2 Bedroom Villas (2V2) feature a 2nd bedroom as well as their own small pool.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
