The family resort is located directly on the beach of Lah Own. Small local restaurants and shops are within walking distance. It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the center of Khao Lak, and Phuket Airport is about 90 km away.

The resort, divided into the Family Wing and the Beach Wing, offers a total of 284 comfortable rooms designed for relaxation. Guests are welcomed in an inviting lobby area with a reception desk and comfortable seating. Culinary variety is provided by two excellent restaurants serving both national and international specialties, as well as a charming beach bar perfect for relaxing with a refreshing drink. In the spacious and well-maintained outdoor area, there is an impressive pool landscape featuring five large swimming pools, two separate children's pools, and a water slide. A special highlight is the exclusive swim-up pool bar, which is reserved for adults only and offers an oasis of tranquility. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available by the pool free of charge, allowing guests to soak up the sun to the fullest.

Accommodation

Deluxe Family Wing

The rooms are located on the 2nd to 4th floors of the Family Wing, are approximately 35 m² in size, and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, small refrigerator, and a furnished balcony (FW2/FW1).

Deluxe Beach Wing

Same facilities, but located in the Beach Wing and feature garden views (XW2/XW1, approx. 35-39 m²). Also available with pool view on the 1st and 3rd floors (XV2/XV1).

Deluxe Pool Access Beach Wing

The rooms offer the same facilities (approx. 36 m²), are located on the ground floor of the Beach Wing, and provide direct access to the communal pool from the terrace (XA2/XA1).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.
