The hotel is located in Khao Lak, separated from the sandy beach only by a road with little traffic. The center of Khao Lak, with numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment options, is about a 5-minute walk away. The transfer time from Phuket Airport is approximately 90 minutes.

The spacious resort, designed in Thai style, has a total of 77 rooms spread across the idyllic garden complex. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, seating areas, and an internet room (free of charge). For culinary delights, there are 2 restaurants and 2 bars: The breakfast restaurant "Bhandari" serves American breakfast with a fantastic pool view. The "Le Siam" restaurant offers traditional, Asian, and international specialties. Cool drinks and delicious cocktail variations are served at the pool bar and the "Big Tree Bar." In the well-maintained outdoor area, the large saltwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, jacuzzi, and sun terraces invite relaxation and leisure.
