Superior Seaview Villa

The villas are approximately 40 sqm and feature a bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (VSU).

Deluxe Seaview Villa

With the same amenities as the Superior Villas, these are furnished a bit more modernly (2DV).

Hilltop Duplex Bungalow

Villa with two floors and 2 separate bedrooms, otherwise with the same amenities as the Deluxe Villas, but more spacious and with a side sea view (BDL).

Beach Front Villa

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Villas, these are more spacious at 75 sqm and are located directly on the beach (H2V).
Also bookable with a private pool for an extra charge (BPV).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons for children, Schauinsland-Reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.
